What to do on Father's Day

One of our top picks for a memorable day out in Ireland during the summer is hiking. Ireland boasts an array of spectacular hiking trails, and one of our favourite spots is Co Wicklow. Known as the “Garden of Ireland,” Wicklow is less than an hour’s drive from Dublin City and offers some of the most breathtaking landscapes you’ll ever see.

Imagine stepping into the Wicklow Hills, surrounded by carpets of moss in ancient forests, and feeling completely at one with nature. The air is fresh, the scenery is awe-inspiring, and every step brings a new sense of tranquillity. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a leisurely walk, Wicklow has something for everyone. And yes, you can even camp in Wicklow for a true wilderness adventure!
